Plots:
Fourteen-year-old Walter Caldwell’s irresponsible mother Mae sends him to live with his bachelor uncles, Hub and Garth, so that she can go on yet another husband-hunting trip.
A young male spends the summer with his two great-uncles on their farm. While there, he gets to know them and learns about their past. He learns that they fought together. Along the way, they understand the meaning of family and sticking together.
A boy named Walter is dropped by his mother Mae at his great-uncles’ house. Later, Walter will find out his great-uncles’ big secret, and rumors say that Hub and Garth, Walter’s great-uncles, have stolen a lot of gold and money. (some say they stole it from Al Capone) Did they really steal that money or not?
