Plots: Trix joined a gang at eight, became a con man, fighter, drug dealer, and Black Mafia member. Despite his mother’s love, he lacked approval from his absentee father and is constantly seeking validation through illicit means. Trix grew up wanting to please his father and to do so, at the tender age of 8, joined a gang in Detroit, MI. From that beginning he built up his reputation as a con, a fighter and a gang banger. In 1983 he became a drug dealer and though working a full-time job, was known in the streets as a fierce businessman. He lived his life in and out of hospitals because of the numerous fights he participated in and though he had his mother’s love, he lacked his father’s approval. A member Black Mafia, his dad was absent many days and nights. Trix continued a life filled with fast women, parties, and crime. A feared street figure, Trix, finally steps out of the shadows to tell the truth about his violent past — reaching out to Rhabi, a fearless reporter whose integrity he trusts. Their conversations become a dangerous confessional, exposing the man behind the myth and threatening the world that depends on Trix staying silent. As Rhabi digs deeper, Trix’s past resurfaces with violent force, pulling in Bailey, a corrupt Assistant D.A. tied to him emotionally and professionally, and Big C, his loyal right hand.
